1. Trim tops and bottoms of apples and reserve for another use. Slice apples into 1/4-inch (5 mm) rounds to make 16 rounds.
2. Mix chocolate-hazelnut spread with yogurt. Spread each round with chocolate-hazelnut mixture.
3. Scatter cereal, strawberries and blueberries evenly over top.
Tip: Chop leftover apple tops and bottoms and add to salads and sandwiches.
