1 loaf or 16 slices SERVINGS
1. Combine flours, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside.
2. In large bowl combine cereal and apple sauce. Let stand 5 minutes. Add egg and oil. Beat well. Stir in raisins. Add flour mixture, stirring just until combined. Spread in greased 2 L ( 9 x 5" ) loaf pan.
3. Bake at 180°C ( 350°F ) about 1 hour or until wooden pick inserted near centre comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes on wire rack before removing from pan. Cool completely before slicing.
Variation: For even more fibre, substitute All-Bran* Original cereal with All-Bran Buds* cereal.
