Baked Salmon with Fresh Herbs
With Omega Fatty Acids, this baked salmon is flavoured with dill, tarragon and chervil.

Ingredients

  • 125 ml or 1/2 cup All-Bran Buds* cereal
  • n/a Olive oil for drizzling
  • 500 to 750 g or 1 to 1 1/2 pounds wild salmon filet (or any white fish of your choice), cut into 4 pieces.
  • n/a A few sprigs each of Fresh tarragon, dill, and chervil or parsley
  • n/a Sprinkle of salt and pepper

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).

2. Season one side of each salmon filet with a sprinkle of each of the following, salt and fresh ground black pepper

3. Top same one side of each salmon filet with the following fresh herbs, tarragon, dill, and chervil or parsley

4. Oil a baking dish or a sheet pan and place the pieces of salmon in it, skin side down.

5. Drizzle fish with olive oil.

6. Bake fish, uncovered, until the flesh is just set and still pink in the center (approximately 6 to 8 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets ).

7. When done, sprinkle All-Bran Buds* cereal over each piece of fish.
