1. Combine crushed cereal, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside.
2. In large bowl, beat egg, milk and oil. Stir in bananas. Add flour mixture, stirring until just combined. Portion evenly into 6 cm (2 1/2") muffin-pan cups coated with cooking spray.
3. Bake at 200°C (400°F) 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
