Banana Nut Bars

Ingredients

  • 1.5 L or 66 L Rice Krispies* cereal
  • 50 ml or 1/41/4 ml margarine or butter
  • 1 pkg or 11 pkg 250 g (about 40) regular marshmallow**
  • 45 ml or 33 ml banana instant pudding mix
  • 125 ml or 1/21/2 ml chopped walnuts

Directions

1. In large saucepan over low heat, melt margarine. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.

2. Stir in banana pudding mix. Add cereal and nuts, stirring until well coated.

3. Press into lightly buttered 3.5 L ( 13 x 9" ) pan. Allow to cool. Cut into bars.
