Banana Pops

Ingredients

  • Rice Krispies* cereal
  • Firm ripe bananas
  • Wooden sticks
  • Peanut butter

Directions

Regular Method:

1. Peel bananas and slice crosswise into halves.

2. Insert wooden sticks about 5 cm (2") into end of each banana piece.

3. Spread thickly with peanut butter and roll in Rice Krispies* cereal. Eat immediately or cover with plastic wrap and freeze. Thaw frozen bananas about 5 minutes before serving.

Variation 1:

1. Spread banana with peanut butter, then your favourite jam; roll in cereal. Eat immediately.
