1. In large mixing bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until well combined. Spread mixture evenly in greased 20 x 20 x 5 cm (8 x 8 x 2") baking pan.
2. Bake in oven at 175°C (350°F) about 45 minutes or until set. Let stand several minutes before cutting. Serve as a main dish with buttered green vegetables.
