Cheese Potato Crisps

Ingredients

  • 500 ml or 22 ml Kellogg's Corn Flakes* cereal
  • 3 or - large baking potatoes,
  • - vegetable cooking spray
  • 2 ml or 1/21/2 ml salt
  • 2 ml or 1/21/2 ml paprika
  • 50 ml or 1/41/4 ml sliced green onions
  • 250 ml or 11 ml shredded cheddar cheese (125 g/4 oz)

Directions

- Cut potatoes lengthwise into slices, about 6mm (1/4") thick. Place in single layer in 40 x 25 x 2 cm (15 x 10 x 3/4") baking pan coated with cooking spray. Spray potatoes with cooking spray.

- Sprinkle potatoes with salt, then with cheese. Top with crushed cereal and sprinkle with paprika.

- Bake at 190° C (375° F) about 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serve garnished with green onion.
