1. In large mixing bowl, combine condensed milk, butter and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
2. Press mixture firmly into well-greased 3.5 L (13 x 9") baking pan.
3. Bake at 180°C (350°F) 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool on rack. Cut in bars. Store in loosely-covered container.
