- Debone skinned chicken and cut into 5 x 4 cm (1 x 1 1/2") pieces. Coat pieces with beaten egg and crushed cereal. Bake 10 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
- Serve hot or cold with your favorite dipping sauce.
