1. Wash chicken pieces and pat dry.
2. Marinate in mixture of egg, soy sauce, salt and ginger for at least half an hour
3. Coat evenly with cereal and place in a single layer, skin side up in a well greased or foil lined shallow baking pan. Bake at 180°C (350°F) about 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Do no cover or turn chicken while baking.
