1. Measure cocoa into large mixing bowl. Gradually blend in condensed milk and vanilla until smooth. Add cereal and coconut, mixing well; let stand 2-3 minutes.
2. Place firmly-packed, level 15 ml measures (tablespoonfuls) of mixture onto well-greased baking sheets.
3. Bake at 160°C (325°F) 10-12 minutes or until browned around edges. Cool 1minute; remove from baking sheet to wire racks using metal spatula. Cool completely.
