Chocolate Drops
‘Chocoholics’ be aware; these rocky-road delights can be made quickly!

Ingredients

  • 1 L or 4 cups Special K* Original cereal
  • 500 ml or 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate pieces
  • 250 ml or 1 cup miniature marshmallows

Directions

1. Melt chocolate in 3 L saucepan over very low heat or over hot, but not boiling water; remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows.

2. Add cereal, mixing until well-coated.

3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper or buttered baking sheets. Set in cool place to harden.
