1. Melt 30 mL (2 tbsp) of the margarine. Combine with crushed cereal. Set aside for topping.
2. In medium-size saucepan over low heat, melt remaining margarine. Stir in flour, onion powder, sugar, salt and pepper; cook and stir 1 minute. Gradually add sour cream, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat. Fold in green beans. Spoon into 1.5 L (6 cup) glass baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with cheese and cereal topping.
3. Bake at 180° C (350° F) about 25 - 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
