- Mix together water and potato flakes. Stir in remaining ingredients except cereal. Refrigerate until cold, about 30 minutes.
- Shape into 5 cm (1") balls. Roll in crushed cereal.
- Place on lightly-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 180°C (350°F) 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
