1. In medium bowl, mix together cereal, flour, cinnamon, raisins and apricots. Set aside.
2. In large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, honey, milk and oil. Stir in cereal mixture until combined.
3. Spread batter evenly in 20 cm (8-inch) square baking pan coated with non-stick cooking spray.
4. Bake at 160°C (325°F) for about 30 minutes or until firm in the centre. Let cool, cut into bars.
5. Variation: Substitute dried apples for dried apricots and add 2 mL (1/2 tsp) ground cinnamon with the flour.
