Energy Balls
Packed with the sweet flavour of dried fruit, these no-bake balls are the perfect way to get an afternoon boost.

Ingredients

  • 250 ml or 1 cup finely chopped dried apricots
  • 250 ml or 1 cup finely chopped pitted prunes
  • 250 ml or 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 175 ml or 3/4 cup All-Bran Buds* cereal
  • 150 ml or 2/3 cup coarsely chopped raisins

Directions

1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.

2. Shape firmly into 2.5 cm (1-inch) balls. Store. Covered, at room temperature or in refrigerator.
