1. Measure honey, peanut butter and brown sugar into large saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until peanut butter is melted and mixture is well-blended. Removed from heat.
2. Add non-fat dry milk; mix well. Add raisins, peanuts and Special K* cereal; stir until well-coated.
3. Press mixture evenly and firmly in buttered 20 x 20 x 5 cm (9 x 9 x 2") pan. Cut into squares when cool.
