MEATBALLS:
1. In large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients. Shape into 2.5 cm (1") meatballs and place in single layer on foil-lined shallow baking pan.
2. Bake at 200°C (400°F) about 15 minutes or until browned. Drain if necessary. Combine meatballs with Spicy Tomato or Sweet and Sour Sauce.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes + 15 minutes baking
SAUCE DIRECTIONS, (Spicy Tomato or Sweet and Sour):
1. In large saucepan, combine sauce ingredients. Simmer over moderate heat about 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Add hot meatballs.

Yield:
675 ml (2 3/4 cups) Tomato Sauce
875 ml (3 1/2 cups) Sweet and Sour Sauce
