Field Berry Smoothie
Even in the middle of winter, you can enjoy a little bit of summer paradise with this berry-full smoothie that’s just as delicious with frozen fruit.

Ingredients

  • 175 ml or 3/4 cup frozen or fresh mixed berries
  • 250 ml or 1 cup 2% milk
  • 125 ml or 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 50 ml (1/4 cup) All-Bran Buds* cereal

Directions

1. Place fruit in blender container.

2. Add milk, yogurt and All-Bran Buds*.

3. Blend until smooth.

Two All-Bran* smoothies per day promote regularity.
