1. In medium bowl cream margarine and brown sugar. Add vanilla, egg and water. Beat well. Stir in cereal, flour and raisins.
2. Spread mixture in greased 2 L (9") square baking pan. Bake at 180°C (350°F) about 25 minutes or until lightly browned (do not overbake).
3. Combine icing sugar and juice. Spread over warm bars. Cool before cutting.
