1. Place 1 cup Arthur’s® Smoothies Very Berry Smoothie and All-Bran Bud* cereal in blender; blend for 1 minute. Add remaining smoothie and yogurt, blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
2. Pour mixture into four 1/2 cup popsicle moulds or paper cups. If using moulds, place covers on top. If using paper cups; cover cups with plastic wrap and insert popsicle sticks through centre of plastic into smoothie mixture.
3. Freeze for 4 hours or until frozen. Unmould and serve immediately
Tip: Dip moulds or cups in warm water just to the rim for 5 to 10 seconds, do not submerge; unmould and serve.
