1. In large bowl, combine crushed cereal, 30 ml (2 tbsp) ketchup and egg. Add ground beef. Mix until combined. Using level 15 ml (1 tbsp) measure, shape into 36 meatballs. Place in single layer in shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray.
2. Bake at 200°C (400°F) about 12 minutes or until browned.
3. In large saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Simmer over low heat 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Add meatballs. Continue cooking 10 minutes. Serve over rice if desired.
