1. In medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in cereal, dates and walnuts. Set aside.
2. In large mixing bowl, beat eggs and honey until thick. Stir in flour mixture until combined.
3. Spread batter evenly in 23 cm (9-inch) square baking pan coated with non-stick cooking spray.
4. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for about 30 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Let cool, cut into bars.
