Honey Raisin Bran Muffins

Ingredients

  • 300 ml or 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 15 ml or 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 ml or 1/4 tsp salt
  • 500 ml or 2 cups Kellogg's Two Scoops Raisin Bran* cereal
  • 250 ml or 1 cup milk
  • 75 ml or 1/3 cup liquid honey
  • 1 egg
  • 45 ml or 3 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

1. Stir together flour, baking powder and salt

2. In large mixing bowl, stir together cereal, milk and honey. Let stand 2 - 3 minutes or until cereal is softened. Add egg and oil. Beat well.

3. Add flour mixture, stirring just until combined. Portion batter evernly into lightly - greased or paper - lined muffin - pan cups.

4. Bake at 200°C ( 400°F ) 18 - 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
