1. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
2. In large bowl, beat together margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Add flour mixture, mixing until combined. Fold in 500 ml (2 cups) of the crushed cereal, chocolate chips and peanut butter chips. Drop 50 ml (1/4 cup) measure into remaining cereal and roll to coat. Place on baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Flatten to 7.5 cm (3 ") in diameter.
3. Bake at 180° C (350° F) for about 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove immediately from baking sheets. Cool on wire racks.
