1. Mix together honey and lemon juice in medium bowl.
2. Peel pears, cut in half and remove cores. Dip pears in honey mixture, then roll in crushed cereal. Place pears cut side up in shallow baking dish coated with cooking spray. Dot pears with butter and sprinkle with nutmeg.
3. Bake in 200°C (400°F) oven 30 to 40 minutes or until tender. Drizzle each serving plate with about 2 tbsp (25 mL) chocolate sauce. Place pear half on top. Serve warm.
