- Sift together flour, non-fat dry milk, baking powder, salt. Set aside.
- Beat egg whites until foamy. Add sugar, oil, vanilla and maple flavouring; mix until smooth. Stir in dry ingredients; mix until thoroughly combined. Add nuts and raisins; fold in cereal. Spread mixture evenly in lightly oiled 20 x 20 x 5 cm (9 x 9 x 2") baking pan.
- Bake at moderate oven 190°C (375°F) about 30 minutes. Cool in pan, cut into bars.
