1. Crush cereal to about 175 ml (3/4 cup). Place in shallow bowl.
2. In small bowl, slightly beat egg with milk. Add flour, salt, pepper, sage and cheese; stir until smooth.
3. Rinse chicken pieces and pat dry. Dip each piece in egg mixture. Coat with cereal crumbs. Place skin side up on foil-lined baking sheet or shallow baking pan, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Drizzle with melted butter.
4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 45 minutes, or until tender. Do not cover or turn while baking.
