1. Pour cereal into large bowl.
2. In saucepan, combine sugar and corn syrup. Stirring frequently, bring to boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Pour over cereal; stir to coat well.
3. Press mixture firmly and evenly into buttered 23 cm (9") square pan. Cool completely. Invert onto cutting board; cut into bars.
Microwave Directions:
1. In 2 L (8-cup) microwaveable bowl, combine sugar, corn syrup and peanut butter. Microwave on HIGH, stirring twice, 3 1/2 minutes or until mixture is smooth and sugar dissolved. Continue as above.
