1. In large bowl, combine cereal, milk, salt and garlic powder; beat well. Add ground beef. Mix just until combined. Press mixture evenly into bottom and sides of 23 cm (9") pie plate to form meat pie shell. Set aside.
2. In small bowl, combine tomato paste, 125 ml (1/2 cup) of the mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, oregano, sugar, onion flakes and basil. Spoon into meat shell, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan. Garnish with sliced olives and green pepper strips.
3. Bake at 180°C (350°F) about 30 minutes or until meat is browned and no longer pink inside. Cut into wedges to serve.
