Pomegranate and Pistachio Bowls
Start your day with this Mediterranean–inspired yogurt bowl, rich in fibre.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups (750 mL) vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups (500 mL) Special K* Protein* cereal
  • 1 cup (250 mL) pomegranate seeds
  • 4 figs, quartered
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) toasted chopped pistachios
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey

Directions

1. Divide yogurt among 4 bowls. Top with cereal, pomegranate seeds, figs, pistachios and honey.

Tip: Substitute fresh pears or plums for the fresh figs, or use dried figs, if you like.
