Quick Salmon Croquettes

Quick Salmon Croquettes
With Worcestershire sauce and a squeeze of lemon, your guest will eat these appetizers all up.

Ingredients

  • 500 ml or 22 ml red salmon
  • 625 ml or 2 1/22 1/2 ml Special K* Original cereal
  • 2 or - eggs,
  • 2 ml or 1/21/2 ml salt
  • 1 ml or 1/41/4 ml pepper
  • 30 ml or 22 ml Worcestershire sauce

Directions

- Drain salmon, remove bones and skin; mix thoroughly with remaining ingredients.

- Shape in 12 croquettes; chill at least one hour.

- Fry in deep hot fat 195°C (390°F) until golden brown, about 1 minute. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
