1. In large nonstick skillet, brown ground beef. Drain.
2. Add cereal, tomatoes, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
3. Cover and cook over low heat 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve on hamburger buns.
