2. In four 1-cup (250 mL) Mason jars, layer smoothie mixture, peaches and granola, repeating layers twice.
Tips: Both thawed frozen or fresh peaches can be used if desired. Alternatively, turn the parfaits into smoothie bowls by adding smoothie to bowls and topping with peaches and granola.
