Special K* Original Blueberry Swirl Yogurt Bowl
Tossing frozen blueberries with a little blueberry jam makes for a quick and flavourful topping for your morning bowl. It’s almost like eating blueberry pie at breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups (325 mL) frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) blueberry jam
  • 2 cups (500 mL) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/3 cups (325 mL) Special K* Original cereal
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) toasted natural sliced almonds

Directions

1. In food processor, combine frozen blueberries, blueberry jam and 2 tbsp (30 mL) water; pulse until smooth.

2. Divide yogurt among 4 bowls. Top with blueberry mixture, cereal, chia seeds and almonds. Swirl toppings into yogurt with spoon.

Tips:

- Substitute hemp seeds for chia seeds if desired.

- This breakfast bowl is just as delicious made with frozen blackberries and blackberry jam.
