1. Combine crushed cereal or crumbs, flour and cinnamon. Set aside.
2. In medium bowl, cream together margarine, 75 ml (1/3 cup) icing sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add cereal mixture and nuts; mix well. Shape into 2.5 cm (1") balls and place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
3. Bake at 180°C (350°F) 12-15 minutes or just until lightly browned. While still warm, roll in additional icing sugar. Cool in wire racks. Roll in icing sugar again.
