1. In mixing bowl, combine crushed cereal, flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar. Stir in raisins.
2. Beat together egg, juice, milk, oil and orange rind. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Spoon batter into greased or paper-lined muffin cups, filling about 3/4 full.
3. Bake at 200°C (400°F) 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
