1. Prepare green beans according to package directions, omitting salt. Remove from heat. Drain. Set aside.
2. Combine 15 ml (1 tbsp) of the margarine with the cereal and paprika. Set aside for topping.
3. Stir together to remaining margarine, flour, salt, pepper and onion in large saucepan. Place over low heat. Add sour cream and milk gradually. Stir until smooth. Increase heat to medium and cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in green beans and cheese. Pour into greased 1L (1 quart) baking dish. Sprinkle cereal mixture evenly over top.
4. Bake at 175°C (350°F) about 25 minutes or until bubbly.
