1. Combine yogurt, sugar, lemon juice, parsley and salt. Stir in apples, celery and raisins. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
2. Just before serving, stir, then mix in cereal. Serve on lettuce if desired.
Variation: Replace raisins with 125 ml (1/2 cup) halved seedless green grapes
