1. Blanch snow peas in boiling water 2 minutes; drain. Rinse under cold water; drain.
2. In large bowl, combine snow peas, undrained tuna, soup, undrained mushrooms, sour cream and onion flakes. Add cereal; stir just until combined. Place mixture in 1.5 L (6 cup) microwaveable casserole dish.
3. Cover and microwave at HIGH 9-10 minutes or until hot and bubbly, stirring after 3 and 6 minutes.
4. Sprinkle cheese over hot mixture; lightly sprinkle with paprika. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds longer. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
