Tuna-Flake Casserole (Microwave)

Ingredients

  • 170 g or 1/31/3 g Snow peas,
  • 1 or - Can (184 g/6 1/2 oz) water packed chunk tuna,
  • 1 or - Can (284 ml/ 10 oz) low fat condensed cream of mushroon soup
  • 1/2 or - Can (284 ml/10 oz) sliced mushrooms undrained
  • 125 ml or 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 5 ml or 1 tsp dried onion flakes
  • 750 ml or 3 cups Kellogg's Corn Flakes* cereal
  • 125 ml or 1/2 cup shredded light cheddar cheese
  • - or - paprika

Directions

1. Blanch snow peas in boiling water 2 minutes; drain. Rinse under cold water; drain.

2. In large bowl, combine snow peas, undrained tuna, soup, undrained mushrooms, sour cream and onion flakes. Add cereal; stir just until combined. Place mixture in 1.5 L (6 cup) microwaveable casserole dish.

3. Cover and microwave at HIGH 9-10 minutes or until hot and bubbly, stirring after 3 and 6 minutes.

4. Sprinkle cheese over hot mixture; lightly sprinkle with paprika. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds longer. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
