1. In large bowl, combine crushed cereal, egg, 50 ml (1/4 cup) of the barbecue sauce, salt and pepper. Beat well. Add ground beef. Mix until combined. Shape into 6 oval patties, about 2 cm (3/4") thick. Place in shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray. Spread remaining sauce over patties.
2. Bake at 190°C (375°F) 20 minutes or until lightly browned and no longer pink inside. (Do not turn patties while baking).
