Crunchy Pear Salad
Toss up an unexpected salad with crunchy, cheesy pears on top.

Ingredients
- 1 pkg or -cream cheese
- 15 ml or 1 tbsplight cream
- 6 or -canned pear halves
- 250 ml or 1 cupSpecial K* Original cereal
- 6 or -lettuce cups
Directions
- Beat cheese with cream until soft and of spreading consistency. - Place pears, cut side down on piece of waxed paper or on large plate. Spread each half of pear with cream cheese to cover. - Sprinkle generously with cereal. Place on crisp lettuce leaves on a salad plate. - Serve with mayonnaise if desired.
