Green Apple Smoothie Bowls
With greens, avocado and banana, this autumn-inspired power bowl is nutritious and delicious at breakfast.

Ingredients
- 3green apples, cored and divided
- 1ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) almond milk
- 1banana
- 1 cup (250 mL) spinach
- 1 cup (250 mL) kale
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) maple syrup
- 1 cup (250 mL)Vector* Meal Replacement cereal
- 1/4 cup (60 mL)toasted pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup (60 mL)dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup (60 mL)toasted chopped pecans
Directions
1. Slice 1 green apple and set aside. Chop remaining apples; add to blender along with almond milk, avocado, banana, spinach, kale and maple syrup; mix until smooth. 2. Divide smoothie among 4 bowls. Top with cereal, reserved sliced apples, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries and pecans. Tips: For very smooth results, peel apples for smoothie. Substitute walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds for the pecans if desired.
