Peach Almond Crumble
With a honey-sweetened peach base, and a almond and oat topping, this is the delightful end to a late August meal.

Ingredients
- 125 ml or 1/2 cupflour
- 50 ml or 1/4 cupold fashioned rolled oats
- 300 ml or 1 1/4 cupAll-Bran Buds* cereal
- 125 ml or 1/2 cupsliced almonds
- 125 ml or 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 5 ml or 1 tspground cinnamon
- 50 ml or 1/4 cupbutter
- 1 L or 4 cupspeeled and sliced peaches
- 30 ml or 2 tbsphoney or maple syrup
Directions
1. In bowl, combine flour, oats, cereal, almonds, brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir in butter until well blended. 2. Spread peaches and honey evenly into a greased 2L (8-inch) square baking dish. Cover with All Bran* almond topping. 3. Bake at 190°C (375°F) until crumble topping is golden and fruit is hot and bubbling, about 30 minutes. Tip: This works with any fruit varieties.
