Strawberries and Cream Smoothie Bowl
This take on the classic combination of strawberries and cream is a healthy way to start the day.

Ingredients
- 3 cups (750 mL) sliced strawberries, divided
- 1 cup (250 mL) plain Greek yogurt
- 1frozen banana
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) milk
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey
- 1 tsp (5 mL)vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped toasted hazelnuts
- 1 cup (250 mL)Special K* Original cereal
Directions
- In blender, combine 2 cups (500 mL) sliced strawberries, yogurt, banana, milk, honey and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- Divide smoothie among 4 bowls. Top with cereal, remaining strawberries and hazelnuts.
Tips: For a frozen smoothie bowl, make smoothies with frozen strawberries. Substitute almonds for hazelnuts if desired. Boost smoothie with some flax oil, chia seeds or hemp seeds.
