Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Gary serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of WK Kellogg Co. Prior to his current role, Gary spent 23 years with Kellogg Company, where he was an Executive Committee member since 2003. As Vice Chairman, Corporate Development and Chief Legal Officer of Kellogg Company, Gary was involved in key decisions across every facet of the business, including as part of the team of executives leading the move to separate Kellogg into two independent companies.

A key architect of Kellogg’s proven Deploy for Growth strategy, Gary was heavily involved in shaping the Company’s growth portfolio, spearheading many strategic initiatives including the acquisition of Pringles and the Company’s expansion into Africa. In addition to his deep understanding of the business, Gary has significant and wide-ranging expertise bridging corporate strategy, M&A, legal, investor relations and supply chain, among other areas.

In a career spanning more than three decades, Gary has built substantial experience in the consumer packaged goods sector, his time at Kellogg having followed leadership roles at Specialty Foods Corporation and Sara Lee Corporation.

Gary serves on the Board of Directors for leading consumer products company Newell Brands, Consumer Brands Association and the Duke University Law Board.

Shannon Bible

Shannon Bible

Chief Transformation Officer

Shannon brings a wealth of experience to her role as Chief Transformation Officer at WK Kellogg Co drawing from her recent position as Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives at Kellogg Company where she was instrumental in managing the separation of Kellogg into two independent companies. Shannon has an impressive track record of leading transitions and transformations, including Kellogg’s $1.3 billion sale of the Keebler business and the construction and execution of the related Transition Services Agreement (TSA). Her nearly 10-year career at Kellogg includes having served as the finance and accounting lead within Global Business Services.

Sherry Brice

Sherry Brice

Chief Supply Chain Officer

Sherry has more than 25 years of experience in the CPG industry. She joined Kellogg Company in 2012 as part of the Pringles acquisition from P&G and has held numerous Supply Chain roles at Kellogg with increasing responsibility throughout her tenure. Sherry was promoted to Vice President, Global Quality Food Safety and Regulatory in 2020, and was appointed Chief Supply Chain Officer of WK Kellogg Co in 2022.

Sherry serves on the KNNX Executive Advisory Board, Boldt board of directors and is affiliated with several other Industry associations, such as the STOP Foodborne Illness as an alliance member. She also serves as Executive Sponsor for the national chapter of BLK+, a Business Employee Resource Group at WK Kellogg Co. Additionally, Sherry is passionate about mentorship, coaching and sponsorship with the company and in the communities where we reside and operate.

Bruce brings extensive, broad-based sales and customer expertise to the role of Chief Customer Officer of WK Kellogg Co. Throughout his 26 years with Kellogg Company, he held a variety of senior leadership roles across sales and customer marketing in both cereal and snacks, including as Senior Vice President, Western Customer Teams, Senior Vice President, National Customer Teams and as Vice President, Customer Strategy and Planning. A well-respected leader known for his customer- and people-centric approach, Bruce currently oversees a variety of strategic initiatives designed to position WK Kellogg Co, the cereal category and the sales organization for future growth. Prior to Kellogg Company and WK, Bruce held a variety of sales roles at Mott’s USA and The Dial Corporation.

As Chief Human Resources Officer for WK Kellogg Co, Mike brings significant depth of experience and understanding in shaping company culture and in driving talent management, organizational effectiveness and organizational design – honing these skills over the course of his career. Throughout his more than 12-years at Kellogg Company prior to WK Kellogg Co, Mike held senior-level business-facing HR roles supporting several areas of the business split between Kellogg North America and global functions. This includes leading HR for the ready-to-eat cereal business, where he developed significant expertise in the business. Prior to joining Kellogg in 2011, Mike held several human resources roles at The Toro Company.

Chief Corporate Affairs Officer

Building on a 16-year food industry career, Stacy brings significant stakeholder engagement experience to the role of Chief Corporate Affairs Officer of WK Kellogg Co, where she is responsible for communications, government relations and philanthropy.

She previously spent 14 years at Kellogg Company, most recently as Senior Director, Corporate Communications, where she oversaw external communications – including media relations, corporate digital communications, crisis and issues communications, and supply chain and labor relations communications.

Prior to joining Kellogg, Stacy was a journalist for 15 years, reporting on business and partnering with an editorial board of staff and community leaders as a Metro Editor and Columnist at the Battle Creek Enquirer.

An active member of the Battle Creek community, Stacy sits on the Battle Creek Unlimited Board of Directors, focused on local economic development, and the Junior Achievement of Southwest Michigan Board of Directors, championing financial literacy for youth.

Chief Wellbeing and Sustainable Business Officer

Sarah Ludmer is a strategic global food systems leader connecting her passion to make a positive impact with the top and bottom line. Sarah brings deep experience to the role of Chief Wellbeing and Sustainable Business Officer at WK Kellogg Co, where she is responsible for shaping the company’s sustainability, wellbeing and regulatory agenda as well as oversees consumer affairs. She ensures the entire WK Kellogg Co leadership team works together to advance the company’s sustainable business strategy – Feeding Happiness – imbedding doing good with good business outcomes across the organization.

Sarah joined Kellogg in 2014 and most recently served as the Senior Director of Wellbeing and Regulatory, working on a variety of nutrition marketing, environmental and regulatory initiatives that helped shape the Company’s growth portfolio. Prior to joining Kellogg, Sarah managed regulatory and nutrition for both pet and consumer goods at Del Monte Foods and worked for 10 years as a clinical dietitian. She currently serves on the ILSI U.S. and Canada Governance Committee and is a Board Member for the Center for Food Integrity.

Karen Duke is the Chief Financial Officer of WK Kellogg Co. She brings more than two decades of experience in finance leadership within the consumer-packaged goods industry, having built her career at Kellogg Company before transitioning to WK Kellogg Co following its spin-off in 2023.

Karen joined WK Kellogg Co as Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations in September 2023, where she played a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy and investor communications during the company’s launch as an independent, publicly traded entity. In December 2025, she was appointed Chief Financial Officer, reflecting her deep expertise in global finance operations and strategic planning.

Prior to WK Kellogg Co, Karen spent nearly 21 years at Kellogg Company in progressively senior roles across multiple finance disciplines. Her experience spans global supply chain finance, commercial finance, financial planning and analysis and sales finance.

His role as Chief Growth Officer of WK Kellogg Co will encompass Marketing, R&D, Revenue Growth Management, and Insights & Analytics.

Ken Odza

Ken brings more than three decades of legal expertise to his role as Chief Legal Officer at WK Kellogg Co. Since joining Kellogg Company in 2011, Ken has served in senior legal leadership positions, most recently overseeing enterprise risk management, litigation, regulatory compliance and crisis management. His work has focused on food safety, regulatory compliance and risk mitigation, drawing on his deep experience in food law and litigation.

Before Kellogg, Ken was a partner at Stoel Rives LLP in Seattle, where he led the firm’s food liability practice and advised national and regional businesses on complex litigation, regulatory issues and crisis management.
