We commit to leaving the world better than we found it. We give back by setting ambitious climate targets, reimagining packaging, and increasing philanthropic projects. We create volunteer opportunities for employees and build strong community relationships. Partnering with retailers, we support programs to fight food insecurity and help kids. Notably, we support the Dan Gillespie Soil Health Fund, which backs young farmers and strengthens our planet's health.

Supporting Retailer-led Community Programs
We have long collaborated with our customers to help address food insecurity and that work continues today. Our shared commitment to help kids be their best and support our communities comes to life in a variety of unique and impactful ways too. For example, as longstanding supporters of Loblaws’s President's Choice Children's Charity, Walmart’s Fight Hunger Spark Change program and Grocery Foundation’s Toonies for Tummies initiative, which comes to life across Sobeys, Metro, Save On Foods and many other Canadian retailers. These different initiatives raise much needed funds for Food Banks Canada and multiple school breakfast programs to strengthen and support communities and families in need.
