Ingredients
- 1 L or 4 cupsKellogg's Corn Flakes* cereal
- 250 ml or 1 cupbutterscotch chips
- 250 ml or 1 cupsemi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
- 250 ml or 1 cupunsalted, dry roasted peanuts
- vegetable cooking spray
Directions
1. In large heavy saucepan, combine butterscotch and chocolate chips. Stir constantly over low heat until almost melted. Remove from heat; stir until melted and smooth. Stir in peanuts and cereal until well coated. 2. Drop by heaped 30 ml (1 tbsp) measure onto baking sheet coated with cooking spray or wax-paper lined. Chill until set. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. MICROWAVE METHOD: In large microwaveable bowl, microwave chips on MEDIUM (50% power) about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until almosted melted. Proceed to step 2.
