1. Measure corn syrup and sugar into medium-sized saucepan. Stir to combine. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture begins to bubble. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter. Add cereal. Stir until evenly coated. With back of tablespoon press mixture evenly and firmly in bottom of buttered 30 x 20 x 5 cm (13 x 9 x 2") pan. Cool.
2. Melt chocolate and butterscotch morsels together in small saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly. Spread evenly over cereal mixture. Cut into bars when cool.
